We have an online scheduling app for all services and payments are all online (although in person at the shop we do accept cash and checks). We also communicate with clients via text, Facebook messenger, Instagram, and email so it’s the most convenient for you!

At TFS, you are NOT a number or an anonymous client we know nothing about! When you engage with us for sales or a service, we get to know you and your goals so we can help support you in everything you do!

If you’re living in Southern Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana, you have proximity to come visit us to purchase flutes, sheet music, and accessories, or drop off your flute in person for repair. If there’s something we don’t have that you’d like, send the Owner Becki a note, and she’ll get it for you!

If you’re in the market for instrument trials, we don’t charge for shipping or restocking fees for trials and are flexible on the trial length.
